Help With Turnkey Properties

I have been interested in investing in a turnkey company, but I have been seeing very mixed reviews overall. Is there anyone who has gone this route and had much success? I would love to hear individual stories of success and failures in this area. Thanks!!!

For turnkey, I'd recommend @Zach Lemaster over at Rent to Retirement. They provide high quality rentals in markets that maximize cash flow and appreciation. I recently closed on a property with them and have been happy with the experience. 

The property was renovated, had a tenant in place and I was given a team of local experts to assist me moving forward. If you're interested in turnkey, definitely check them out.
