Groundbreaker software beware using

I started my first syndication this spring, I have 12 investors. I had an initial discussion with the owner/president Jake and things went well. To his credit he did tell me they do not have one feature I want to use, but they are working on it. I have purchased software before and I knew going in it is not always clear sailing. 

So I made the mistake of trying to "save" money. I bought a one year license for $1,000 (normal $100 per month). I tried to get the site up and running with little success. Long story short I recruited a friend and investor in my syndication (who works in IT) to help as I was struggling and getting frustrated. 

My friend is running into many issues, like not being able to log in, or can log in but not as admin.. just lots of technical difficulties..I have sent my initial contact Bruno an email asking if they would "reset" my subscription date once we get the site working... he never responded back me. 

The software looks nice but NOT user friendly..

The do not respond to emails promptly, after my initial "on boarding call" I had a few questions, when I went to book a second meeting/call online the next opening was a week out...

Save yourself time and frustration. Do not purchase this software and at the least do not buy the one year package.
