Within 1 block of that house, there are FIVE houses that have people living in a travel trailer in the driveway.One of those houses has people living in two travel trailers in their driveway.

Unfortunately a bunch of these idiots travel in the real estate circles!

I traveled a lot during my life, I saw these "cheap paradise" places and I really do not have desire to live in any of them.Can some good soul push me in to direction which might be right for me ?

Even need a permit to replace a water heater.Worst habit inspectors have is requiring whole property to be inspected when only part being fixed is something else.

Travel several hours ifneed be to do it.

Nearly 2 years ago I sold my company and liquidated my entire material life to travel around the world indefinitely.

I would contact the other prospective tenants and let them know the apartment is still available as someone else suggested.The security deposit would also be refunded considering you would more than likely have to travel again in order to show the apartment to other tenants that are interested.Makes sense to cut your losses and move on and in the future 1) inform all potential tenants that you will continue to show the apartment till first, last and security deposit is paid in full and they sign on the dotted line. 

@Mike Kelley There are so many roads to travel when yo talk about marketing.

(It's also looking pretty terrible along the front as they had to remove the brickwork as it wasn't safe for travel, but we'll put new stone on.)
