REO business

N/A N/A
Posted

I have a quick question (hopefully).

My husband has several years experience in REO asset management. He recently unexpectedly lost his job and I was wondering how he could go about starting his own REO business. He was very successful, winning numerous awards for sales records, etc. He has a solid raport with realtors in his portfolio areas, which included large metropolitan cities across the country. I know that many banks have their own REO department, so how would he go about investigating this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
