Landlords, something to be aware of:

I have a rental in a working class neighborhood. Within 1 block of that house, there are FIVE houses that have people living in a travel trailer in the driveway.

One of those houses has people living in two travel trailers in their driveway. There are so many parked cars that the street is clogged with them, and so many kids playing in the street, it's hazardous to try to drive past the property

People are combining households. I suggest that you do a drive-by every now and again and check if your rental unit has been turned into a hippie commune.
