Hello BP, I been on  the site for a few months studying and finally started acting a few weeks ago.

I guess since I studied and got my brokers license in 3 states  that I am probably sensitive to this issue.

I discovered BP a few weeks ago when I was studying up on what it takes to be a good landlord and came across Brandon Turner's article "How to Be A Landlord: Top Ten Tips for Success."
