You certainly could refinance it under the LLC later but you will have to pay the origination fees all over again and that will likely be several thousand dollars.Obligatory disclaimer: I am not an attorney and know nothing about Mass.

There's a 33% non compliance within this association (ie. owners in arrears for several thousand, absentee owners, actual residents not paying dues).

I have taken a crazy amount of courses for years and spent thousands for no reason.  

They were in the $10's of thousands worth!

Where else can you draw upon the experiences of hundreds of thousand investors?

If you stop making payments, you will ruin the seller's credit.  

That is valuable knowledge to have, and I could not have gotten it without a bad situation arising.Just don't put yourself into a situation where, if it goes bad, it will ruin you.  

Nevertheless, the most specific info I have been able to find is that closing costs on a cash-out refi can be "hundreds to thousands of dollars."  

So I rounded up to nearest thousand of asking.
