Seeking Mentors in Dallas-Fort Worth

Hello BP, 

   My name is Josh Childers, I'm a young professional located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan area. I've completed a couple wholesale deals, however, looking to get my feet wet with a couple different strategies that I've studied over the last couple years. With that being said, I've got a lot to learn, but am willing to put in the work! Joined this site to expand my network, learn a couple things, and find a couple genuine mentors to help guide me through this crazy world of real estate investing. Looking forward to hearing responses from the bp community and connecting with fellow like minded individuals along the way.

PS: I'm not looking to pay thousands of dollars for a guru; just looking for a couple genuine professionals to offer a helping hand.
