They are supposed to be sealed, usually with color matching sealant but it's not uncommon to have "clear" sealant. 

Also, if anyone knows of a REI Database program such as the one that Than sells (only if you buy a bunch of his other junk) then that too would be awesome.Lastly, if anyone has some excellent and tested, full color, or Cris Chico style postcard "samples" they wouldn't mind sharing then that would be really neat!

Just look at the colors that they ended up picking...ugly.I can't believe people give money to these guys to teach them.

No need for the COO to be making decisions on carpet color when you have a perfectly competent PM on the job who understands and is responsible for the SOW.

It would be helpful (especially in a commonly recurring graph such as the National Rental Inventory & Asking Price) if the colors and graph/chart layout remained constant.

I used the grip-strip 3 or 4 times and really like it, but it looks like they've really decreased the colors available since I Iast bought it.
