Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

I would assume minimal appreciation during the next 4 years so for an investor (like myself) I would probably only offer a number of around $600k.

We buy a lot of non performing loans.I suggest to newcomers that they invest with an experienced flipper, fix and flipper, do at least 3 deals and understand the terminology and the way business is done before you venture out.we only accept accredited investors that are highly sophisticated

Added cheap square footage and improved features - ie. additional bedrooms, quality outside space, and upgrades throughout

We were one of the first ones to view and offer.

MAYBE you could get the court to garnish wages, but that's highly unlikely. 

I assume we'd start on 1099 basis at least for a while until we feel stable enough to offer employment. 

What amenities do they offer?

I offer them to stay 20 days for free, but charge rent if they stay longer after that.
