I feel your pain.

In Washington DC, it's a very time consuming and painful process to evict anyone, even a hoarder who is clearly living in conditions that must violate several of your city's building and health ordinances.  

Over half of which is just from the medical/education side (CHOP, UPenn Health, Temple, Drexel, and surrounding suburb schools). 

The site and neighborhood must be reasonably free from disturbing noises and reverberations and other dangers to the health, safety, and general welfare of the occupants

Commute is a pain but very happy with what we were able to find for the money.

She is obviously having some recent mental health issues & this month refused to pay rent.

@Brandon Ingegneri my guess is that, as painful as this may be right now, it is most likely just the story of the moment and will soon be forgotten when the next funny cat video gets posted.The only exception to this that I can think of is if your company name shows up in Google search results you do not want that being on the first page in two or three months from now, so if you find that is the case you might consider hiring a company that specializes in fixing that kind of thing.I think that if you go that route you might Google something like "online reputation management".

I know that I can put the money to work if I refinanced it but it pains me to give up that rate.

Believe the only pain is that it is on a Tues/Wed schedule, in the past I think they offered it on the weekends.
