I would recommend these books in this order: Rich Dad Poor Dad, Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner, Investing in Real Estate with Low or No Money Down by Brandon Turner, Raising Private Capital by Matt Faircloth, and then probably the BRRRR book by David Greene.

I am currently reading "The BRRRR Rental Property Investment Strategy Made Simple" by David Greene.

Greene books and have been looking for a real estate partner to work deals with in the area who knows the rehabbing side of the business a little better than me.

If you are looking for something that is area specific put it in the title of the post like this, "Fort Myers - Hard money lender needed" You also may want to look into david greene's one brokerage.

I would have them retaken when leaves are green, that would help a lot.
