After I graduated in December last year, I suddenly had alot of extra time after work and started looking more into Financial Independence, where I of course came across Bigger Pockets.Being a BP member for a few months, I have been educating myself as much as possible through the podcast, forums, blogs, webinars and mostly books.

One of the other things my grandfather recommended was for me to read a book called 'The Millionaire next Door' when I graduated. 

Hello all, I’m recently graduated and have been working for nearly 8 months now.

I am 21, saving up money for the next couple of months while I finish up college and would like to invest after graduation.

I'm assuming that electrical would need to be done, but there doesn't seem to be excessive water damage.Since I'm currently a student at USNA, real-estate investing is almost impossible until I graduate, so I'm just trying to learn. 

I like apartments with less than 100 units because I am not competing with all the apartment seminar graduates and institutional money which like 100+ units or more.
