Advice on How to Start Investing

Hello all, 

I’m recently graduated and have been working for nearly 8 months now. I am fortunate enough to be able to save at least 2k a month and all if it is going towards my first investment property. My work history is minimal so I assume getting a loan will be a challenge. If you were in my shoes, what would you do. FHA? Traditional? Any advice would be appreciated.
