Landmark Forum Course

I noticed that no one really posted about the Landmark Forum course / courses and thought it was strange because they have been around for about 40+ years, across the US and many countries and can be used to potentially help with real estate investing. I would like to start by saying that Landmark is a company that sells courses on self development. I would compare it to Tony Robbins teachings / events. I took it because I want to scale my Real Estate business 10X from what it is now, and i would take in anything that will help me out with that, I need all the help i can get. I took the Tony Robbins Unleash the power within event 2 years ago. It cost about $700 and it was a 3 day event in a sports arena venue. Very good quality product. Now the Landmark Forum very similar but this is a course in a classroom like setting. Its a 3 day event with an extra day to bring family / friends to check out the company. It cost about $700 and its also a very good quality product. 

The Good: I got more out of the course than what i expected. It will help me with my REI business and IMO already has been. I signed up for the next course called the Advanced course, will do it within 2 months. Also about $700 and 2 people i know that taken it told me its very good.

The Bad: A whole lot of selling and pressure selling! I dont mind pressure selling done at times but it makes everyone around you feel uncomfortable the way its done, like if the product is not worth it, but the product is so good that that its definitely not needed. Now what i say next is the worst thing of all out of this whole course. There is a whole lot of time spent on selling to the people already in the course that if you take the amount of hours spent on doing this, thru the 3 day course, and you put them in together, it equals to 1 full day of the 3 day event! In reality you really get 1 full day of selling and 2 days of learning. Now i am a very very busy guy that i have a 7 day a week/ 365 a year business to run and a REI business to run that i truly really scarified the only time i had this year during the day for this course. I do not regret it, and am going to the next course, but they really did waste 1 full day / 10 hours of my time.

Im a big believer in investing alot of money in yourself to buy self development books, audios, programs, courses, events ect and continuing education forever because i feel growth is a huge part of life. Landmark is one of the those very good companies that do very good for people and they are really making a difference in hundreds of thousands of peoples lives and businesses. I do not assist in the company and i am not promoting the company, I just took the course and wanted to share my experience because i noticed no one really talked about it. Mobile home parks for the win! bye lol
