Those properties tend to have higher stabilized cap rates, higher cash flow, and equity multiple upside.If this is a single urgent care you need to know how many doctors running the location because if main one gets sick etc. the business could suffer versus national medical chain strong credit where tons of docs can be put in from other locations if needed to fill the gaps.No legal advice given.
