Can I just keep sending postcards, perhaps slightly different formatting?

Our rental association recommends putting something similar together and they provide a format for rental criteria - I took the format and made my own.

Now that I've finally gotten over how frustrating it was just to get the postcard formatted correctly now I'm stuck with my mail merge.

Ultimately, I get the information in the format that I want (online form).I've spend a lot of time working on scripts and not about to share my work here on BP.

What list do you use and mailer format?

Because there is specific disclosure language that must be included in the formation filing notifying would be creditors and others that there could be Series involved that are legally separate from the original LLC.Simply form the LLC as a Series LLC from the beginning. 

Where do the formats for these contracts come from?

I'd really appreciate any advice someone might have as to the proper sequencing....should I try to pull cash out before an LLC formation?  

Currently I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row such as entity formation, talking with realtors/property managers about fine tuning my niche market and, of course, furthering my knowledge base, but I'm worried I'm gonna make myself too busy with all that stuff and postpone actually finding and executing a deal to start creating some income.

I highly recommend finding an agent or attorney in your state that can give you a blank lease and you can format the terms how you need.
