What would make your life easier or more move things more efficiently?

Make an offer with numbers that make sense to you & see if you can start communication. 

I was in a similar position with enough qualified leads that I needed someone else to help me efficiently service them. 

CashApp is king in college town FSU land... easy to operate & communicate.

You get into a much larger asset that allows for a certain scale and efficiencies typically not seen in single families.

Another we bought had a 30 yr old furnace & when we were made aware of the high heating costs the two old ladies (lived there 14 years) were paying we offered to install a new HI Efficiency furnace & raise the rent $225/month. 

But with the platforms we have, we self manage quite efficiently and have had zero problems that were caused or exacerbated by this distance.

.- I think the communication between buyer - agent - lender through email is bad when discussing multiple properties.
