I did all of the demo myself immediately after buying, and I lived in a construction zone for an entire year (one working toilet, no stove, no fridge, no flooring, no furniture, no cable, no TV, no internet).

If I may be a constructive critic, since you asked:Before you take better photos (which are seriously needed)  spruce up the exterior. 

But to be honest with you, If you do not learn some construction skills, your progress will be a lot slower as contractors will be raking in the majority of your profits.Get a pro account on this site so you can access the PRO only blogs and avoid all the goofy stuff that can confuse you sometimes.Take NO advice from salesmen such as realtors/brokers.

Those structures I plan to discuss their cost to construct new as well as examine their condition to estimate a value. 

We will clean entire property of trash and debris from our construction renovations and dispose of in thedumpsters provided.

Supervising subcontractors, meeting inspectors and pulling permits can be a full-time job.Funding a flip:Pro: Funding the right flip can be quite profitable.Con: Correctly evaluating the project and the flipper requires extensive knowledge about construction, permitting, zoning and real estate resale values.
