My child support payments will be about $1,000 per month and are made up of basic child support of about $380 and the rest is work related child care. 

I have always been a Dreamer as a child and whatever i dream always happens. 

Either way we will manage the property ourselves.There are a few adults (and a child) living in the occupied side.

Price is going for close to 300k which I’m sure that’s high but it’s turnkey Just trying to justify pulling the trigger or not Is the area gentrifying or is it too close to child’s park to be a dead zone ?

Where I reside, my father has owned the house next door on a "buy & hold" purpose ever since I was a child.

I am looking at purchasing a property then renting to my adult child.

The other income problem is with things like judgments and alimony/child support,  where the source of income could be a less-than-reliable individual instead of a government benefit or something that could be expected to be reliable.

I believe a child's character, self-worth and relationship with their parents is formed when they are young, so these years are so important.

With Covid, we had time to slowly correct all the energy deficiencies  by added central heating and air, updated all the windows, installed insulation, corrected the steps to the back yard area that were originally made for a person whose foot size could not be more than a child's size 2.
