Jose Asencio - Newbie Investor Introduction

Greetings BiggerPockets Family,

I hope all is well, and your pockets continue to grow BIGGER! My name is Jose Asencio, I am a Philadelphia native who has had a real estate passion spark in me from an early age. Where I reside, my father has owned the house next door on a "buy & hold" purpose ever since I was a child. I remember growing up and seeing income coming in every month from this investment. From there on, I always knew I wanted to involve myself in real estate.

I am currently a college student pursuing a bachelor's degree in "Information Science & Technology". Therefore, I had to put my real estate passion aside. Although its aside, it is not abandoned nor forgotten. I frequently tune in to the "BiggerPockets Podcast" whenever I get the chance. Listening to the journeys of other members is rather informative, however, I know I'll learn better when I'm more hands-on. This partly brings me to the reason why am I here. I'm looking to connect with other members from the BiggerPockets community to establish relationships and to share knowledge.

Feel free to reach out & share any type of advice!

Thank You,
Jose Asencio
