I was about to complain about that odd cabinet placement in the kitchen, then noticed the staircase.

My contractor was given one of my units already 1/3 done, it needed a beam in the kitchen, the cabinets, new flooring, windows trims, interior doors, tiles in the bathroom and put up bath vanities and paint the unit.

A couple of days before the 1st, we contacted her and she said she still hadn't gotten the last of her things out, but that it was only a couple of items (two large cabinets, an end table, and a chaise lounge).

I want something that will show the "before and after" look as well as the details for bathrooms and cabinets etc. recommendations?

I pretty much know what to recommend to the client by just seeing the property. if its low income I know to bid on basic cabinets/laminate countertops, low end tile, white appliances etc.

It's just that the other work, some of which I will do myself (floors, tiles, cabinet, etc)....is what I think won't need the permits.

Most items outside of kitchen cabinets, counter tops, lumber , and sheet rock can fit in most vehicles now days.
