Whats the average turnaround time for a contractor to fix a unit?

My contractor was given one of my units already 1/3 done, it needed a beam in the kitchen, the cabinets, new flooring, windows trims, interior doors, tiles in the bathroom and put up bath vanities and paint the unit. I closed on the property on 4/28 and unit 1 is still not done yet. Looking for some answers on the average turnaround time.
