But it ran out of ink and I've spent the last 2 years trying to find a reason to buy more laser 'ink' for it.I think I will look deeper into Chris Goulart's and J Scott's suggestion with MyFax along with HelloFax as suggested by Ben Bakhshi - I actually signed up with HelloFax a few days ago for their free online signature feature and didn't even think about them for the incoming and outgoing faxes.I'm re-ordering business cards and figured now is a good time to change my fax number and get out of being double-billed for fax services.Rob K - Thanks buddy but I don't want to get tied down to Comcast to a point where I will lose my number if I decide I no longer want to pay for TV I don't even watch - lol.And Bridget D. - LOVE the quote!

I want to know if any of you have a rough idea of the cost of adding water meters, electric meters, gas meters.

I often suggest to wanna be wholesalers that they become a licensed real estate agent instead, and their reaction is to recoil at the idea.

It's always a good idea to actually fly out to the market you're considering and meeting your team in person.

The idea here is to leave $5k-$10k in the deal at most, sometimes nothing.
