Go to a local garden center that has a landscape architect on staff, take pictures of the yard, a plot plan and your budget and they'll draw you up a landscape design and help you pick out the plants and hardscape materials.

You wouldn't know it from the pictures and it makes me wonder how many people actually go look at the houses before bidding or are they feeding off the people who don't bother or are hoping for the best?
