Those of you that have seen me introduce myself at a meeting (This one or Boston, Waltham, Worcester, Plymouth, Nashua NH etc.), read a lot of my post here on BP or listened to my Bigger Pockets Podcast episode you know that I have a willingness to take on some pretty challenging properties.  

Just thought I'd introduce myself as I've been poking around the articles and forum for a bit.

Instead, introduce yourself with your name andthe reason for your call.

Im trying to get into the business on the Miami area, a quite difficult area to get introduced into this business.

@Nick Versetto, most portfolio lenders will lend to a LLC (they don't have to follow Fannie or Freddie guidelines) and will give you 80-90% LTC (loan to cost including rehab) before the property is seasoned for a year.They are also not restricted to the 4 property rule and will introduce you to their commercial loan side at the right time.Worth making a few calls. 

I would recommend going to some REIA events to introduce yourself.
