We had many members follow up a speaker from June who had a BootCamp this weekend for Multi-Families.This month 7/28, my daughters fiance (27 years old) on investing in Multis in remote markets and vetting tenants.

My father has collected this portfolio over the last twenty or so years, and he generally makes up for a lack of a property management company (or even property management software) by having a flexible work schedule and spending three or four hours every afternoon and most weekends collecting rent, meeting contractors, showing houses, collecting applications, signing leases, etc.

Executive Management was in a meeting late into the evening so I decided to let it ride the weekend with the thought that perhaps I will calm down and change my mind.I haven't.  

I group prospects into consecutive 20-minute time slots in a one- or two-hour period on a weekend, preferably Sunday afternoon to include people who are looking on Saturday.

I'm meeting with several potential partners this weekend, any last words of wisdom?

Lot's of weekends and nights and first time home buyers because you are not established yet.

Went and looked at the park this past weekend.....

The 10k debt will be paid off by Christmas 2015 according to my numbers.After being a biggerpockets guy that reads and pays attention to all you guys for sometime now, in January of 2016 (only 6 months away), I will only buy assets!
