@Will Yang you havn't given enough info to do a full analysis, and I bet enough thought into all your options. you told what you owe but what did you Pay? 

@Antonio Yang  The recessed lights are much nicer than standard surface mount light fixtures. 

The economy there is growing slightly, but pales in comparison to KC.

I moved here because even though the taxes may be slightly higher, the purchase prices pale in comparison to the Mass prices. 

For example I always use a beige color (cream in my coffee) , a very light grey (azure snow) , and sometimes a very pale blue in laundry rooms/mud rooms etc.Gives a more “homey” feeling instead of depressing white everywhere!

@Peter Yang as @Bettina F. mentioned I would recommend a property manager, especially if you are out-of-state.  

@Sean Yang An alternative would be to look to raise private lending monies.

laminate is far better than carpet, but it pales in durability when held to hardwood
