4.Where is your workplace (in relation to property--- a reasonable commute?)

I will be here at 6pm in any case since it is at my workplace.

We file jointly.I am retired and wife is a novelist and can work from anywhere, perhaps she could write off the 4-5 months of rental as an expense, writers retreat, plot group workplace etc.

I take care of all problems at the workplace quickly and professionally.

I thought about some things that I did but I have no real experience in any workplace.

I actually enjoy the job part, it's the workplace "politics" I don't.

A property manager needs to take over time consuming tasks, that should be spent elsewhere (workplace, acquisitions, studying BP podcasts, the beach, heart transplants).2) Reduce Costs - As a property manager, most of my day is managing people.
