Resume for 14 year olds internship

Hi everyone, my name is Michael and I'm 14 years old. I'm here because I'm asking you guys on whether or not I should make a resume for myself. So here's my situation: I have a couple of potential real estate internships this summer and wanted to get the best possible chance of getting it, so I was wondering if I should make a resume. I thought about some things that I did but I have no real experience in any workplace. So would it even be worth it to make a resume or not? If so what should I include in it? Should I include that I do swimming competitively, school, and doing some minor things in real estate? Also are there any specific templates that I should use to make one? There's so many templates I don't know which one to choose.
