hello guys i am new here and need to connect with wholesalers 

Alternatively, I’m considering wholesaling it for a quick $20K, but I’m not sure how to find local investors who can move quickly and close within the bank’s timeframe.I’d appreciate any tips or guidance on whether I’m approaching this the right way, ways I could improve, or how to effectively connect with local investors who could allow me to wholesale this property and make some immediate cash.

I wrote an offer for a home to wholesale here in California.

IE if you are wanting to wholesale which I don;t reco today, its too hard, you want a list of high equity owners BUT BUT the value is in figuring out a source of stress, a reason why the owner is on the virge of wanting to sell.

The problem is that most wholesalers or off-market acquisition folks are being "trained" to follow a script, not solve a problem.

I generally avoid wholesalers because my experience has been that they are unwilling to use a standard purchase agreement that is fair to both the buyer and seller and they do 'shady' stuff.

With states becoming stricter, how are yall still managing to wholesale?

He's on SSDI (Social Security Disability Income) at just under $1,500 a month and he wants to do some wholesales to make some extra income.Lets say he does a deal or multiple deals and makes any assignment fee on it/them and the profit exceeds 1.5k which is higher than his disability per month.
