How about using "museum wax" to fix everything in place?

Unfortunately, kitchen fires, cigarette fires and candle fires are all too often occurring in residential rental property.

This is not a normal salon, but instead it is a building that has multiple small studio's that artists (nails, wax, hair, lashes) can rent out from the owner.

Trying to keep lead cost down right now as im getting waxed from realtorDOTcom and there lead service.

Got a plumber in there, and he took out a 3" piece of wax from the pipe... he said it was likely hair gel.

Right now it's a gradual shift and I find myself hiring out more and more maintenance/repair chores (if I never change another wax ring on a reeking toilet it'll be too soon!).

I changed jobs to get a promotion and more pay, my wife took on a W2 job, we pivoted my wife's Coaching business to a Coaching and Bookkeeping business; adding a couple clients right away, and we purchased a Candle Business with Seller Financing and a low amount of money down.

Since it is a bathroom, the toilet drain may be crossing your ceiling to the wall, so it may also just be a wax ring for the upstairs toilet that is seeping.

Some of these homes are so efficient lighting a couple candles can raise the temperature.
