This is fine, however it is showing you have volatile income because of your unpredictable paycheck.

It has been an interesting time to join this realm with the market being quite unpredictable, nonetheless, a great period to learn and establish connections. 

Not sure how hands on you want to be given the unpredictability of a military schedule or your capacity to manage properties especially out of state. 

The market was great pre-covid, but since then I consider the whole idea a little bit too unpredictable.

Every move by the government -- including the Fed -- is likely to have unintended, and unpredictable, consequences. 

As you move forward, remember to stay flexible and adaptable, as the real estate market can be unpredictable.

Because of things we can't discuss in this forum that are politcal, social, etc its just easier for these households to head into inner-ring suburbs, you can't get around the math.Remember they will be at that plant 10-30 years, with a very defined salary schedule, the people at Rock Connections will be there 6-36 Months, and their income is very unpredictable.

It's just harder to predict and budget for such an unpredictable cost.
