Hello! My name is Vandross I’m an investor that is new to the area, and I

wanted to network with a few other investors so I could learn the market. I mainly

plan to flip and hold rentals, but I’ll also be wholesaling whatever deals don’t work

for me or I can’t close on. I’d love to hear about your investing journey and I hope

I can bring you some value as well!

Hi Vandross, Welcome to BP and thanks for introducing yourself. I'm a physician doing real estate on the side. I syndicate multifamily projects. As I slow down in the medical realm, I plan to have the real estate gig take more of my time.
Just starting out, fixing and holding is a super way to start with not much money involved. I'm a big proponent of lines of credit. If you acquire a property with some equity, you can set up a LOC and it's ready for the next purchase.
I'm big on equity and low on cash-flow. Equity will often be better long term. Good luck in your investments.
