There are reputable companies out there, however, but I would shy away from any company that mentions turn-key.Long story short, real estate is very forgiving over time and these properties cash flow well and I was able to build a great team for future deals. 

Can't tell the number of computer system installs, Startups, bankruptcy workouts, Team development, Brokers/consortiums, finance packages, etc that I did working many hours a week. 

These are key reviews for you and your team to review prior to out price confirmation. 

Having a solid team around you like agent, lender etc.

Having a reliable local team, including a property manager and a realtor familiar with the market, is the best way to avoid high-crime areas.If you’re leaning towards Richmond or have more questions about the market here, feel free to reach out.
