Parks and recreation, new shopping areas, civic centers, theaters, near sfd zoned properties can be a real plus.

All of mine are in nice locales, very close to employment centers, shopping, recreation and good schools.

Must be a Colorado or Washington state bank and the banker's gotten into the legal recreational marijuana.

Guess it would depend on how well you trained your staff too.Personalities will be very important.I'm in a recreational area, (Branson Missouri) which is rather seasonal, that doesn't mean you won't need management and maintenance through out the year, so a strict commission based compensation might be hard to do.

. :-) I started direct mail in the last half of 2011 and didnt really start tracking my marketing costs until about September this year; although, I could go back and recreate.

The weather, economy, recreation, amusement opportunities, etc. will always draw people from around the globe, and it will be a pretty solid place to invest.

Also, make sure in your on-line ads to list anything someone might search for like a school name or a landmark or well-known recreation spot.

Here in southern California with its miles and miles of coastline, amusement parks, recreation, sporting events, cultural offerings, etc. and year round perfect weather, there's a big demand for vacation rentals.

Though prices in southern California are extremely high in most areas, the upside is that we have a great, broad based economy, high median household incomes (meaning people can afford the rents) perfect year round weather that draws people from around the world when their area is having extreme cold, plus all the amusements, sports, recreation, etc. imaginable!
