I am working on a 3000 sq ft Ranch now that literally does not have a single load bearing wall inside the perimeter walls.

Now the entire perimeter needs to be rebuilt because it was done horribly before.

We're in a rural area here about 50 miles south of the city so I'm no expert on anything inside the perimeter.

Items on the agenda are:- pave road going through property- light landscape work- build perimeter fence - clean debris around park- set actual gravel pads where RV's will go- acquire newer MH's at wholesale price to owner finance to new tenants- add extra security lighting and cameras to property Any and all advice is welcome!

Since I'm only looking to get a brick wall at the perimeter of the park redone, I don't think this requires any specialist in mobile homes.

On site parking, laundry and plenty of open lawn within the fenced perimeter for walking pets.

That is one of the best kitchen transformations I’ve seen (and I’ve seen countless).The rocks around the perimeter are a fantastic touch. 

And thank you for not tearing it down and building some giant square box with a flat roof taking up the entire perimeter of the property.  

We were advised to line the perimeter of the house with plastic and hose the siding down while carefully pulling off mostly whole pieces. 

The entire perimeter of the property is 280 yards, and one section of the privacy fence  is damaged.
