I'd love to know where you are considering investing and see if any of those locations overlap with any of the locations that I am considering.

I had some issues with a tenant that began with PM1 and overlapped to PM2 and PM2 rightly took on their role as new management.

@Collin Goodwin you're right, it can turn into a graveyard and many can overlap. 

I think they used a brush of some sort to make fan like sweeps that overlap each other.

These flips will need to be consecutive so there shouldn't be any overlap if that matters.  

Now that we are out of the Corps and qualify for the funding fee waiver we plan to use it again.From what I know now, make sure to either get your loan one year out from your EAS or have a solid job overlapping your terminal leave to show proof of employment when you apply for a VA Loan.

@Matt D. as a surveyor I can tell you that the cost of a survey is dependent of a few variables - how the property is described, where the property is located, is the deed/plat a recent recording or from like 1900, is it an area known to have overlaps, gaps or other issues and what is the value of the property.One price definitely does not fit all when it comes to a survey even in the same city.
