When I talked to a rep they said I could not be refunded that amount and now my trial has expired, so in order to spend my $48.61 I would need to spend $59 for the month.

I have each of mine under a Landlord Policy, but then have an umbrella policy over my own home and the rentals; extended liability coverage.

@Sigmund VanDamme I'm not familiar with them as others here seem to be, but I do a pretty good bit of searching for industrial and flex space all over the country specifically for a flooring and carpet distributor. 

Mortgages are the last thing to default for a homeowner and appreciation has been so high in Canada that every homeowner who has purchased before 2022 has gained equity and could just refinance their loan over a longer amortization before defaulting.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies who spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.
