At least cut a little slack to a degreed accountant and a Finance MBA, who BTW taught accounting at the college level to folks who may have turned out to be tax return preparers.As you continue your studies you'll find that the recongnition of earnings goes beyond taxes. :)

We ran through a full video of the build in my MBA leadership coursework discussing the amount of organization and freedom that was given to the tradesmen to complete their tasks - a good lesson in setting a goal, a framework and getting out of the way.
