But I’m probably in the minority on here with that advice (most people on here are laser-focused in cash flow, and also probably don’t know the Broomfield market with its extremely high probability of appreciation/rent increases due to the population growth we’re experiencing). 

@Rich Weese - I continue to wonder if we're related -- When he first emerged on the scene (and wasn't completely covered in Tattoos), I was often mistaken for him as I traveled around Los Angeles (and even in Costa Rica).

Hmm, Singapore...that's where if you spray paint graffiti on a car they have a martial artist dip a cane in ink and beat you so hard with it it leaves a tattoo, right?

My original mentor always used to say that when you buy anything here think of it like a tattoo, you're going to have it for life :-)
