It is time consuming, but I base the interaction off how much detail they put into their listings.  

She hasn’t recently bought used furniture or clothing and she doesn’t interact with or own any pets.

Here in Georgia we close with attorneys, as you probably know, so there's not typically much interaction with the title company for a wholesale transaction.

Are they there just in case someone needs them or do they actually check on and interact with the tenants multiple times a day?

I am glad I have finally become more interactive within the community. 

As I look around the Bigger Pockets Forums I see a lot of questions and comments about investors interacting with Real Estate Agents.

In the interim, I had reflected on potentially shady pattern in my interactions/encounters, I decided to cancel the deal per the contract as the title was not deliverable by the closing date, confirmed by the title company.How do I get my earnest money deposit back, and when does the title company give it back?
