You want an accountant that can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the tax consequences of the decisions you are making throughout the year.Since you are an independent flight instructor you also want an accountant that understands business taxation.

This past weekend I was at a real estate seminar which I love going to both to learn from the instructor and meet other investors.

Were the instructors helpful and did you feel thoroughly prepared for the state exam afterwards?

Although I think he could still take me LOL..hes a ski instructor, works out at Golds Gym and is very active..regardless, hes I like your idea, plus hes using my pricy washer and dryer I just remembered! 

When I last took that training, the instructor said a single paint chip the size of a quarter was enough.
