Looking for CPA Near Modesto - Tracy - Turlock, California

Is there a CPA in the Modesto - Tracy - Turlock, California area that anyone recommends that works with real estate investors?  I'm diving into the real estate investing world this year and would like to find a CPA experienced with working with real estate investors.  I would like to hire him/her to file my 2020 tax return and use that appointment to get to know the person and potentially establish a relationship with them as a member of my investing team.
