If the end goal is to simply be a landlord and build up cash flow assets.. this is pretty much real estate one O one.. a good broker or PM in your area that works in investment real estate will guide you .. and then for sure BP is the place to go to get advice on land lording hands down.. tons of landlords here  who have seen everything there is to see in that game..
