How many rental properties do you have?
Hello,
I currently have 2 rentals. First 2015 purchase was for 36k 3 bedroom I rent for $600 a month
Second in 2017 I purchased for 30k and rent for $600
I’m looking to buy my third as soon as I find a nice one at a good price.
How many properties are you at and how long did it take to accumulate that amount? When do you recommend to start snowballing your loans to pay off quicker?

I own 1 rental. and as soon as that tennat wants to leave then i will own zero rentals. at the peak i owned 350 homes .
its a ton of work and well i just have no interest in that end of the business anymore.
