Looking For Vendors For Our Bench

Hello All, 

In the last 12 months, we have expanded into the south suburbs for our own investment purchases and then some third party management.  I am looking to build up our depth when it comes to vendors so anyone that can refer to me any of the below in the south suburbs from Lansing to Orland Park and up into southside Chicago neighborhoods.  Not looking to steal anyone away just looking for quality vendors to use from time to time.  Thanks

• Appliance Repair
• General maintenance or trash outs
• Plumbing / Sewer
• HVAC (super important since I have many clean and checks to do next few weeks)
• Landscaper
• Garage Door/Opener Replacement
• Turnover work including painting
• Showing Agents for Leasing
• Electrician to do side jobs
