That's called mortgage fraud, which i'm sure you aren't contemplating.

Today I was going to start a process through my company and the payer's company banks for fraud that would involve an investigation etc.

But I would never do conventional loans as I stated the wholesale market for conventional loans deeply frowns on RE agent doing their own loans and they simply wont underwrite them so much chance for loan fraud.
