Bugs and wildlife?

The proposed legislation will harm average investors.  

My fear is that she will harm the property prior to leaving or not move out at all, forcing me to start an eviction process.

Like it or not, the majority of voters in America want more taxes (to fund more government programs like health care) and they want safety and security of Uncle Sam protecting them from the worlds harms.

Location is prime and has lots of water, wild life, fish, birds.

If you don't close, there's no harm done, and you'll have a head start on filling your rooms when you do. 

Hard to imagine legislation coming out that would harm these folks, especially since these are the very folks with (thanks in part to me and my ilk :P ) lots of money to donate to political campaigns.
