Recently the governor passed a new bill that allows undocumented immigrants to get professional licenses.

Here what’s on the docket: SB 5139 will prohibit a housing provider from increasing rent or other charges for the first 6 months after the end of the Governor’s emergency eviction ban

Last I heard, the senate/governor passed legislation that basically said state rental laws superseded city/county ordinances/laws and that basically killed the requirement to include the Indianapolis Tenant Rights form that Marion County said you needed to include with all new leases.Is that accurate?

@realmeetkevin is running for governor in CA with policies that would make any state thrive.

Not sure if this is allowed, but vote for Kevin Paffrath as governor to end this madness.  

The only wrinkle I see is state governors or state bureaucracies that refuse to give control to the courts.

In order to file an eviction, I believe you will need to complete some kind of form through them first per the governor.
